I LOVE this place, especially when it comes to service. I bought my used Toyota Prius here back in December 2020 and have taken it for scheduled maintenance ever since. The quality of care that everyone has is what keeps me coming back. Alberto was my service advisor and he has been beyond helpful with preventative maintenance suggestions. I'm happy to say that my car has been on several road trips and not a single issue has come up besides regular wear and tear like tires and oil changes. I trust these folks with all my heart. You can't go wrong with choosing them, especially for vehicle maintenance!

I come here hoping for trust worthy, honest service but instead I get more problems. I bought my used car in March and was told I received all the warranties. I come in to get something technical fixed with my car and I'm told I got every warranty except the manufacturer warranty. Why? Then I come in for a tire rotation and balance and no one told me my treading was low but they also put my low tread tired on the front of my front wheel drive vehicle? Why would you do that?

This has been buy far the one company that I have the best experience. The dealership staff was the reason to buy my vehicle from them. The other reason was that they had prices that was posted on the vehicle that was reasonable. They weren't overly priced in a market that is highly priced with low inventory. Franklin Perez, is why I return to the dealerships even though he was not working the day that I returned to purchase the vehicle. No lies, no scam, no hidden prices on vehicle. They were willing to make a deal, when I was looking to buy, even if it took 2 months for the new car to arrive. Another dealer was less interested. Nice people and sales hall, but the actual delivery took a bit long. Most of the papers could have been printed and prepared in advance.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Camry from AutoNation Weston and was pleased with the service and final result. The tires were checked and had both left and right rear tires marked as " not within specification--tire wear, handling and safety problems may result."Nothing was said to us as we paid the bill to get the report. A word from a mechanic would have been nice!.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at auto nation Toyota of Weston. Their team was very responsive and helpful! The salesman Drew kept me informed on the cars they had coming in. He texted and called me when a car that I wanted was available. When I arrived to purchase this car, him and his sales team went above and beyond to make sure I got a good trade in value and that I went home in my new car that day. I recently made a purchase of a 2020 Toyota Camry and I'm happy with how it all turned out. I sent an email inquiry about the car the previous night and was told it was available so the next morning I stopped in and saw the car in person. I was greeted by Luis Garcia, who was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicle. We spoke of financing options and I set the deal in motion. Eddie was the finance officer for my purchase and he got me rolling in just about 2 hours. I'm very happy with the car and with the way I was treated. I have personally worked in the auto sales industry and have seen things that would make you shake your head but this was not the case at AutoNation. I'll gladly make another purchase with them should the need arise. Thanks once again to Luis and Eddie!

The attention of the sellers is good, but they have serious problems with the CRM and the respect for the client. You come, you choose the car, they send you to manage the car insurance payment and after everything is ready, you arrive and they tell you that the car has been sold to "another" Error string: 1. You lose money buying insurance for a car that in the end they didn't sell it to you 2. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor and so on to understand, he mentions “I'm not going to waste my time and talk to an upset customer” a total lack of commitment. In addition, they sell you the idea of "Certified" and then to correct the whole history of errors, they already say that it does not matter that it is not "Certified" as long as they get you another car. They lack training and true customer service, you are anyone here! La atención de los vendedores es buena, pero tienen graves problemas con el CRM y el respeto por el cliente. Vienes escoges el auto, te mandan a gestionar pago de seguro del auto y luego que todo esta, llegas y te dicen q el carro lo han vendido a “otro” Cadena de errores: 1. Pierdes dinero comprando seguro pa un carro q al final no te lo vendieron 2. Y cuando pides hablar con un supervisor y demás para entender, menciona “yo no voy a perder mi tiempo y hablar con un cliente molesto” toda una falta de compromiso. Además te venden l idea del “Certified” y luego para enmendar toda la historia de errores, ya dicen q no importa q no sea “Certified” con tal de meterte otro carro. Les falta entrenamiento y verdadera atención al cliente, eres cualquiera aquí!

Was there for maintenance, was told needed a drive belt replacement also needed oil change and tire rotation. Was told it could take up to 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours service advisor came out and told me since my car was a hybrid it didn't have a drive belt. So I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. This was very disappointing.

Danilo was very nice and helpful throughout the experience. However, this place seems just like every mechanic, just trying to push everything on you that your “car needs.” I did elect for some services that I felt my car needed, resulting in me spending almost $500 that day. However, when I left the dealership, my “Maintenance Required” light was still on. When I called Danilo regarding this, he told me he would look into it and get back to me asap regarding how to fix the issue. It wasn’t until almost 24 hours later, he tells me that there’s now something else wrong with my car and it would cost another $523 to repair this issue. How was this issue not seen on my initial visit? How convenient is it for them to send me on my way with my car and then try to tell me that I need to come back and spend an additional $500+? My car is less than 3 years old. I bought a Toyota for realizability, not be nickel and dimed when I come in for a simple oil change. Do not trust this place

Last month we had to help our daughter Michelle move from our home in Southern California to her new residence in Davie, Florida, where she is attending medical school. It was a very stressful period for us as we had a lot going on back home worrying about our ailing elderly parents and other things, while we were in Florida helping with Michelle's move, including furnishing her apartment from scratch, getting familiarized with totally new surroundings, etc. On top of all that, we had to quickly find a reliable, efficient used car for her that was within our tight budget. And we were well aware of the fact that with the ongoing worldwide microchip problem and resulting inventory shortage of cars, it's a bad time these days to buy a car. So, we were definitely up against it. With that as the backdrop, we walked into AutoNation Toyota Weston after having visited several other dealerships the previous 2 days with no results. Thus, we were discouraged ... and we were under a time crunch. But from the moment we were greeted by our smiling salesman, JULIAN OSPINA, everything was a positive. He was friendly, polite, courteous and understanding... just a great all-around guy. He listened patiently to our requirements and was able to land us on the right car -- a CPO 2020 Toyota Corolla. Whatever questions that Julian was not able to answer, his manager, ERNIE MARRERO filled in the rest, patiently answering and addressing all our concerns. Ernie is a great listener and has a real nice way about him that puts the customer at ease. We really appreciated the fact that he didn't dodge any of our questions, making sure that we were completely satisfied with all his answers. At no point did we feel pressured and rushed through the process. And it continued that way when we went into the Finance office to complete all the paperwork with ALLEN GODFREY. As was the case with Julian and Ernie, Allen was personable as well as professional, and provided us with outstanding customer service. Also, there was great teamwork and cohesion between the 3 men, all of whom contributed to a great car-buying experience for us. I give them the highest of recommendations! GREAT job, gentlemen!

Came in for routine maintenance and an issue with the rubber hood seal. Jose was great in understanding my concern. He ordered the seal and I will bring it in to have that replaced soon. While on the lift they found a nail in one of my tires. They took care of that and the service was finished in the originally promised time.

I arrived a bit late due to traffic but Jose was there waiting for my arrival. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. They found a nail in my tire and took care of it, and I had an issue with the hood seal and they ordered it. Very easy and stress-free service experience.

Updated 7/25/22 Finally a knowledgeable and attentive advisor:Cesar. Delivers as promised, explained everything clearly and followed up promptly. Cesar you are A+. Thank you Below is old posting which I’m not deleting. For a simple oil and filter change I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes (counting 15 minutes to check out, being 2nd on line), and I did have an appointment. On a Thursday not Saturday. To check out after the advisor called me, "your car is ready" .... 3 girls behind the counter First they said your keys and paperwork aren't here. I called the advisor and he said he delivered my keys. I insisted...they found them, but I needed to wait because only on register/computer was working.....then after 5 minutes, well this lady has an issue and you need to wait....one cashier helping her 2 other looking. 5 more minutes, Ok, please come here (to the computer that "wasn't working before". Honestly, the worst you can do is lying to your customers and make them wait because they are lazy and don't feel like it. For my next car I will consider Toyota of Hollywood or Lipton Toyota because I wrote this review now but this has been going on for too long. I owned Toyota cars for 20 years, Toyota Weston isn't the only dealership around. 12/21/20 still the same 😟

Horrible Service! If you are a senior or a woman please STAY AWAY! I came in for a oil change and was told I needed breaks, that part is fine but what happend after is egregious. The salesman that greeted us started off by saying I hear a rattle come from your gas tank, and that I have a problem with my fuel line. I was really confused so I approached another rep to ask him to please take a look listen and he assured me it was my fuel pump, nothing to be concerned about. When I asked have diagnostics performed at 5:00pm I was advised NO it was too late. So I told them to proceed with the oil change that I came in for originally. I was then told I needed brakes and that was cool however the salesman then proceeded to stop me from buying break pads by saying " buy them when you come back Monday. When I advised him and the mechanic that I would like to check around for pricing first they became agitated and refused to replace or top off fluids in my car. The mechanic stated "go to parts section and buy coolent" because I wouldnt have a radiater flush performed when it was clear my coolent was empty in my truck. Do yourself a favor if you don't like haggling over price and sitting in showroom floors for hours going back and forth, pick your car and do your pre-approval paperwork online! Once that was done, we received a call within hours with the approval and all pertinent information. Next day we went in, signed everything, paid the DP, gave insurance info, and we were out the door in about an hour!

I love the truck I purchased but there customer service is not up to par. They tried screwing me over on an extended warranty making it seem like another 6,000 on my load was the right way to go. As well as having me wait an additional day to pick up a truck even though I purchased it the day before because it takes 4 hours to put on breaks and tires. They never once made me feel important. If it wasn’t for the truck I would of never made a deal there. They also took stuff out of the truck that they didn’t think I would notice for there own personal use. I’ve been working in retail for 6 years managing for 5 and I would of ripped them to shreds if I was there manager.

I had to bring in my new Toyota Tundra for a safety recall inspection and they were able to schedule it right away and were able to take care of the issue promptly upon arriving. I am waiting on a part to come in for another minor issue and Alvaro assured me that he continues to check on a regular basis for the arrival of the needed part. My advisor Jamid is a guy that has no negativity in his book. On my way home after 5 pm a light came on my dashboard I took a chance and met him at his kiosk. Honestly this started out as a fantastic journey, my sales person Cherry and used car manager David were everything I could have hoped for! Fast forward to a problem on the car discovered while driving back home approx 5hrs north. The collision warning and adaptive cruise system were not functioning at all. Once I contacted the dealer they said no problem, car has 90 day AutoNation warranty so all is good. I live far away and they said I could take it to my local AutoNation for this as it is nationwide coverage. The Orange Park Jacksonville location is less than accommodating let’s just say. The problem is that the 90 day warranty is not in the system Even though I have been repeatedly assured that it had been taken care of. The blame keeps getting passed back and forth with no one solving the issue, answering the phone OR calling back. I bought the vehicle three weeks ago and have not had use of it at all as it sits at the service center in Orange Park with no answers in site. At the beginning of this journey, I was hoping for a different experience. Now, as an update, I would have to say that at least they got the warranty promises taken care of, albeit a bit later, and thank the team at Toyota for this! Always nice and professional during this issue. Now, to get the same turn of events from the AutoNation in Orange Park Jacksonville.

The headline: I absolutely hated the entire experience of buying my car at Weston Toyota Autonation Stage 1 – We go into Autonation’s website, see a Toyota CHR we like at $26,000 or so. Get a call from Sebastian Mejia. The moment we express interest in it… “oops, we just ‘pre’sold it”. We get pushed into more expensive $30k CHRs. Stage 2 – No available CHRs in the color we want. We order one in red. Mejia says it will take 2 to 3 months to get here. We are OK with that. Mejia calls “wonderful news, we have a red CHR here in 5 days… only thing is it now has an optional red color for $495 more.” We negotiate a bit more, Mejia callas back “ok, I took care of it and you’ll actually pay $12 less for this one”. At that moment we get a call from some “manager”. Nope, the car is going to cost $495 more. Mejia’s word is worthless, he had not “fixed” it. Mejia calls back “I’m going to cancel your entire order, I don’t like your attitude and your telling my manager my word was worthless”. When I tell him we have an order for a car and actually deposited $1,000 on it, his answer is “oh, that’s not a legally-binding contract at all”. So now, everyone’s words are worthless. I explain to Mejia “right now, car dealers have the upper hand so, fine, I’m getting screwed, but remember, this, too shall pass and referrals and review are important”. We get the price down to wherever it was. Stage 3 – My daughter has her money in my account because we just sold an apartment she co-owned. We get a note from Scott Krohn – if I am paying with a debit card without her name on it, I have to sign a “gifting” letter because “this is considered a gift”. I explain the situation to Krohn. No matter, get a second note, “nope, it is considered a gift”. I write a 5-point letter explaining, among other things, that there is no actual law that says that, that the issue of gifting vs. non-gifting is not decided by a car dealership but by the IRS, and give him 3 examples of why the situation might not be a gift. His only answer “see you Saturday at 10:00 am” Stage 4 – Saturday comes around. We are paying cash, via a debit card. My daughter’s car has valid insurance, we have a license plate, all of it. We get passed on to “Reeza” the finance guy. He tells me, again, about the gifting letter. I explain to him that there is no law that says anything about gifting vs. non-gifting, etc. He just looks and says, “if you don’t sign this affidavit, I won’t sell you the car, period”. So, I signed, adding the note “signed under duress” to my signature. Essentially, the finance guy from Autonation forced me to sign an illegal affidavit in spite of him knowing that there is no law requiring the affidavit AND that the affidavit was false. In the past 3 years we’ve bought 2 cars: a Mercedes from Bill Ussery in Coral Gables and an Alfa Romeo from the Collection in Coral Gables and I’ve owned maybe 30 or 35 cars in my life (apart from the company cars in half a dozen countries). This has been the worst experience so far, the only reason I didn’t send them to hell is that the objective was buying the car my daughter wanted. Otherwise, I would have told everyone in that dealership to take a flying one.

I want to recommend Jorge in the sales & service department who did a great job on 04/16/2022. I had an emergency visit. Jorge communicated very well on services I needed on my 2016 Toyota Camry. He was kind, courteous, and communicated effectively on what I needed to get done on my car. He was honest, respectful and made sure excellent services was done. In all my years of being with Autonation Toyota I’ve never felt justice being done to me as a loyal customer until Jorge showed me. He explained I needed new tires, alignment and will gladly follow up with me. I am pleased with the services that was rendered to my car. Thank you Jorge. Our initial very seemed to go quite well. We wanted a Highlander Hybrid, but after a nice discussion with our sales associate about needs and budget, we decided on a RAV4 Hybrid. Myriad protection plans were added on raising the cost by more than $10,000. Everyone was so nice and had their part down like a science. We went head on the RAV4 Hybrid. Today we got a call that it had arrived. Ironically our sales associate was out, in hospital for injuries sustained in an auto wreck. We took the RAV4 on a test drive with another sales associate. When we returned to the dealership, he stated that he noted we mentioned hybrid many times, but the vehicle was a gas engine. The Sales Manager, who was so nice when we made the deal, acted like we never said we wanted a hybrid and that what they presented nd priced was a gas engine, not a hybrid, I called BS, demanded a full return of my deposit and told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. An expensive purchase, like a car, mandates listening and full explanation. Neither happened. The Sales Manager sounded rudely sour when he said “we’ve had this car on hold as sold for two weeks.” My initial concern about patronizing a dealership that was one of many under the same corporate umbrella ended up true. No more AutoNation for us!

I recently took in my 2013 Venza for repair under the MFGR Campaign #21TB01 recall (fault in the air bag system. I had originally taken it to them on 5/19/21 after receiving the 1st notice from the mfgr . . . I was told they would notify me when the parts were available; they never contacted me. When I got the 2nd notice on 2/14/22 I called them. I had to make a trip to the dealership, expecting it to be repaired. They checked out my vehicle and told me that my vehicle "was okay, no repair needed". I disagreed with that because my vehicle had all of the published symptoms. Initially they claimed that it could be something else; and my opinion was only my opinion (about the symptoms) After checking the vehicle again, they acknowledge that it indeed was DEFECTIVE and needed repair; however they had claimed that I needed to pay for an $89.00 computer diagnosis to ensure or confirm the problem . . . say WHAT? I finally initialed the checkout to be done; but wrote on the sheet that I would NOT PAY if it was a recall related issue. Well, after the diagnosis, they agreed that it was related to the recall. I requested a copy of the computer diagnosis printout . . . . they said that they hadn't done a printout once they saw that it was recall related . . . Grrr! Then they advised that they would have to order the parts and I would have to make another trip for the actual repair job. which was finally done on 2/16. I asked if they still did those courtesy car washes for people who came in for service; they advised that they didn't; however, since I had made three trips, they would do that. Well after I got home, I noticed that it really didn't appear that it had been run through a car wash (not a drop of water anywhere, not even when I got it at the dealership) and I could have done as much as was done "using a leaf blower". I sent them two photos to make the point . . . they were adamant that it had been run through the car wash; I told them that I wouldn't make anymore of an issue about it, not worth my time. Daniel the "Assistant Service Manager" was a nice guy; he was obviously following the company's apparent "policies". But I think that it was B.S. to attempt to charge me for an $89.00 computer diagnosis under the circumstances.

The experience we had buying a car here felt smooth and hassle free. We first went to Toyota of Hollywood and it was extremely disappointing. We sought to look into ordering a rav 4 to our liking, but they continued to only show us rav 4s they already had available at the dealership and those coming into the dealership. And of course all of those had expensive price tags. At Autonation Toyota Weston, our sales consultant, Aceneth (also goes by sweety), listened to us and immediately provided us with the estimated cost to order the vehicle. We were able to place our order that day. Aceneth is very kind, accommodating, and allows you the time you need to make a decision. About three weeks after placing our order, our car arrived. If you are looking to buy a Toyota in south Florida, I recommend that you go to Autonation Toyota Weston.

Brought vehicle back the next day for minor service repairs. When the staff returned my vehicle after being serviced, there was damaged to the right rear quarter panel. The staff denied any responsibility. I was advised by a manager that I would be contacted on 11/15/2021 and video would be provided. No one contacted me regarding the matter. I will be contacting their corporate office. I had the vehicle for less than 24 hours. I am a retired Police Officrer and I'm very disappointed by the way this incident was not resolved.

I had a 9:15 apt. I arrived about 9:05 didn’t see advisor until 9:40. He was so slow and deliberate about looking at entire history of my car. I think he was trying to find extra work to add to the bill. Asked why I hadn’t had transmission flush done sooner. Told him I get the required work done as per my warranty. He kept going over same information and re reading the maintenance history of my car. I asked to have brakes checked . He told me I would get a call with update on what was needed. I do not recommend automation Toyota Westin. While the staff are good. and the service department is great, they will Nicole and dime you. I leased and everything was good until that lease ended and I renewed. I was charged for extra miles and wear and tear. I have never heard of this being done when releasing a car with the same dealership. my family has been leasing for years, not with westin Toyota but other dealerships. I did get my father in law and aunt to lease with Westin Toyota, however they along with me will be leasing elsewhere when our 3 leases are up. Hope the $500 was worth losing 3 customers and the good will that leaves with us.

They had my car for around a month for a recall in which the part was on backorder. I went to pick it up when it was complete. The battery was dead and needed to be jumped. I had to replace the battery because they left it sitting there with no maintenance to keep it going and no response when I asked them about it. This is unprofessional to give a car back to someone in none working order when it was given to them with nothing wrong. Now it cost me money that I do not have to replace it. Absolutely upset about this.

I had a very UNPLEASANT experience when about 3 weeks ago went to this Dealer on a Sunday to lease a Toyota CRH of a pearl white color. I was asked to leave a deposit and come back to do the paperwork. A sign was left inside the car saying that it was sold, so I felt confident that there were not going to be any problems. The salesman Giovanny Castano was incredibly helpful through out the transaction. I put the insurance with the VIN number of the car and received a receipt saying that the car was reserved to me, When I went back to pick up my car, the dealer had SOLD IT. I went into shock. I could not believe what I was hearing!!!!!... I needed to return my rental car that morning and I was absolutely devastated by their behavior. Giovanny, who had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, was also very upset. It seems that the car was sold the night before I arrived. Only when the manager MARIO RUIZ found out about the facts, arrived at a solution and I had a car by the following weekend. I want to make clear that this was NOT a misunderstanding. The car had a sign that it was SOLD. Although the Manager found a solution and I had a car of same color (which apparently is not easy to find) I was left with a bitter sweet memory about this experience. Very unfortunate.

Went in for oil change and to check brakes. Was told I need an alignment and they would check the brakes. I told them to go ahead and do the alignment. When they text me about the brakes they also mentioned some filters that needed to be replaced (nothing about alignment because we had already discussed that). Told them not to replace the filters just do the brakes. At the end (after almost three hours) I was told they did not do the alignment because I declined the service. I never declined. I actually told them to do it. Will go back to my original place at Lipton Toyota.

****BUYER BEWARE**** If I could give them no stars I would. Be very cautious buying a used vehicle from this place, they claim to inspect and certified…. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them 3 weeks ago that they claim was inspected and certified. Within two day of owning it I had to replace the CV joint on the drive shaft that was bad and there was clear damage visible when I inspected it. Now since all of this rain the past 2 weeks I have discovered a water leaks or I should say water falls on both door that flooded the interior. I had to pull the drain plugs and the carpets out to let dry due to the wet dog smell from being soaked. When brought to their attention I was basically told to go kick rocks it was sold as is and it your problem…. Not to mention while doing my own routine maintenance because the engine had a miss, discovered two cracked sparks plugs and all 6 looked like they hadn’t been changed ever. These are all things true ASE Certified Mechanic should have been able to identify when doing a proper vehicle inspection and certification….. Morale of the story unless you want to get screwed out of your money go elsewhere…… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. see picture if I could upload the video of the water leak I would have….

DO NOT GO OVER THERE, We went to lease a toyota corolla of 24.000$ 36mo/ 15.000 miles, and our surprise was that the manager was trying to scam us with a LEASE OF 600$/mo,10k miles of a TOYOTA COROLLA?!!!. We have a excelent credit and they gave us that offer?? We went to MERCEDES BENZ, AUDI, BMW, VOLVO and TESLA and all those cars previously mentioned the monthly lease payments were CHEAPER than the COROLLA! A audi A4 45 TSFI fully loaded of 52.000$ in a LEASE of 15k miles/36mo was 100$ cheaper than a TOYOTA COROLLA, the sales man was super nice at us and he understood the situation but the manager tried to sell uf that car, and that toyota is not comparable to the Audi or the brands previously mentioned, I will NEVER gonna go again in my life to that dealership. After the went over there we went straight to Audi and bought it, they are crazy is they think that someone is that stupid to lease a COROLLA for 600mo/10k miles NO VAYAN PARA ALLÁ!! I was having trouble with one of my tires leaking air. After taking it to the Local auto repair several times, they could not find the problem. Since I was right in the neighborhood, I decided to go over to AutoNation Toyota Weston. Although I didn?t have an appointment, they referred me to a service manager immediately. I told Kurt what the problem was and waited in his office while he checked out my car. When he came into the office he said there?s good news and bad news, bad news being my tires were very low on tread but the good news was they were having a sale of buy three tires get one free. Kurt was extremely sensitive to my needs And made sure that the tires were in stock before he took my car. He kept me updated on the status of the replacements and had me on my way within a couple of hours. He was extremely wonderful to deal with and I will continue to use him as my service manager.

I leased my current car here. From former experiences with this dealer, I've should've known better. They are nothing but snobby vultures that treat their customers as another number. With the exception of GiGi and the financing guy that helped me. I walked in to sign my lease documents (something that could've taken 1 hour,as we had already done all the other stuff). At that time they continue to bump my poor sales person to the back (that included me), and i was sitting there for a good 2 hrs before i finally was able to see the finance guy. Yes, I've should've walk away, but i was already there and it is really hard to find time to come back. Did all the paperwork and left with my new lease nearly 4 hrs later... around 11pm on May 11 2021. 9 days later, the financing company still didnt have notice of the termination of my lease, so i had to make anothet payment in a car that I DIDN'T HAVE, to make sure this wasnt going to become an issue later on. I figured, it will get refunded when the new info comes along. Yesterday, after having my new car for a MONTH, I received a bill for my former car, regarding a balance for excessive wear and tear on the vehicle, including a damage sensor and dents on the doors. I called Toyota and they are investigating the issue. I called the dealership to get a clear understanding on WHY they inspected the vehicle a month after I turned it in. Of course a copy on the Autonation Toyota's appraisal is not in my documents, so it is my word against theirs. I asked to speak to a Manager and Dave picked up the phone, wearing a huge attitute proceeds to explain to me the invoice is for excessive wear and tear and blah blah blah (that the dealer PAID my lease balance, no DAVE, we both know im paying it on my current payment... the dealer just didn't gift me 2k), he makes it a point to talking to me like if I was a child, a second class citizen and a total annoyance to his day. He was not concerned on anything I have to say, not the negative experience i continue to have with this dealership. I asked him to let me talk, so he raises his voice and eventually HUNGS UP THE PHONE ON ME. He is a manager. He should be trained on handling situations like this. I understand why I am being charged, but i question the time that passed on between from when i turned the car in till now. How can it be possible to be charged for items that were not accounted for when i turned it in. Where is the accountability for what i gave the dealer?, how do I know all these charges are because of me and not dealer mishandling the former vehicle?. One of the items im am accounted for is a sensor. The car is a computer and will lwt you know if a sensor is bad, i didnt get notified... See, his agressive and defensive attitude tells me there is more to this that maybe wasn't handled well on AutoNation's part. This is my most recent experience. I can write about 2 others. I really tried to be a customer to you. I got 3 cars from you. But this was the last one. My other car is also an AutoNation car, from a dealer in Margate. Completely different experience that makes you want to come back to them.

Something has to be done to improve the time it takes to get an oil change. I had a 1015 appointment, and didn't get my vehicle till 1200. I saw my vehicle being driven out of the work area at approximately 1140.. I finely went and stood by the service agent's booth, he was with another customer, I waited 20 minutes to get the paperwork for my auto...Something needs to be done to lessen the time for the oil change, and the time to get the vehicle to the customer...

Have a 2012 Toyota RAV4 that was bought new at this location. In 2018 one of the plastic door handles just cracked and broke off while opening the door, cutting my wife’s hand. Brought it in and the service department covered the cost of the repair. About a month ago the rear passenger side door handle, same thing. No injury but handle just broke off while opening the door. Brought it in, they wouldn’t cover it. $200 repair. Now 3 weeks later the front passenger side door handle......broken. Every time just opening the door as anyone normally would. Called the service department this morning about a repair and told them I don’t think I should have to pay for this. It’s a door handle on an 8 year old vehicle. It has 50K miles on it, that should give you an idea of how little overall wear this vehicle has on it. I stated the first one was covered by the dealership. Was not under warranty at the time, dealership just did the right thing and covered it. They documented it as damage caused during a previous service visit so they covered it. Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told there was nothing that could be done about this which is pretty laughable. A dealership as big as this simply can’t do anything for a customer about a $200 repair that is clearly a defect. It has happened 3 times now to 3 different handles. Find it ridiculous that I was asked to pay for the last one. Even crazier I’m being required to pay for this one. At this point I’m sure the 4th handle is going to break eventually and I’ll get to do this again.

My door handle broke on a Thursday. I called my service manager at Auto Nation Toyota in Weston. Howard Herman has been taking care of me for over a decade. Called me back promptly and informed me that he was already on it. He then called me back early the next day (Friday) and let me know that he had the part and had me come in that day. Repair made and on my way. Service above and beyond.

He does a great job of providing the best customer care, by listening to what I say and by offering suggestions and options. I always think to myself that Victor represents AutoNation so well. One thing I look for in any business is customer service...Does the employee represent the business AND the customer well? Victor never disappoints. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. March 2021 was my 2nd time working with Weston Toyota to purchase a truck. We 1st bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport in April 2020 in Voodoo blue, but this year, we bought a new boat and had to trade her in to get a Tundra. This time, we went with a certified pre-owned 2019. Whether you buy new or used, you will be in good hands with Weston Toyota. My comment from last year still stands: Weston Toyota did a great job helping to come to a deal quickly with no hassles. I felt that they are doing everything possible during the coronavirus pandemic offering hand sanitizer, wearing masks, and keeping a safe distance. They even offered to do everything online if preferred with home delivery available. I feel confident that they gave us the best deal with low interest rates and that we have been good hands for all of our service needs. My service advisor advised that Toyota had approved my dashboard replacement after it was deemed defective. At this point my advisor informed me that I would be notified once the part arrived. After three (3) weeks I decided to call to request an update; my numerous calls and voicemails were left unanswered. I was growing frustrated after the fifth (5) week when messages were still being unanswered. The sales experience was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and seemed to understand my hesitancy at purchasing a vehicle 700 miles away from where I lived. Once we moved on to transporting however that story changed drastically. I paid AutoNation Toyota Weston for my vehicle March 14th. I still don’t have it today. Included in that payment was the fee for transporting my vehicle to Tennessee. I was treated badly from the beginning by the transport company representative and told I lived in a “bad area”. I have asked the staff at the dealership numerous times over the past week to assist me in getting information on when I will receive my vehicle but am told the dealership doesn’t handle transport. I am confused and frustrated by this position as I paid the dealership directly for this service. It seems that now that AutoNation Toyota Weston has my money in their pocket they don’t care that I actually receive the vehicle. I have been very disappointed in this experience

In September 2020 I took my truck to the dealer for oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment because I noticed that the front tires were wearing out on the outside, they told me that the truck had to be aligned due to the weight of the engine every 12,000 miles and that was not covered by the warranty for which I had to pay $ 79, even so I noticed that the tires were still wearing out in the same way, this week I took my truck again for oil change, tire rotation and I told them that the front tires kept wearing, the person who attended me told me that those trucks had to be aligned every three months, it was no longer every 12,000 miles. I have had cars and trucks of different makes and models long before this 2019 Toyota Tacoma and I have never had to align the wheels. This has been my first Toyota and it will be my last. Very disappointed with the brand and even more so with the dealership's service

The only issue I had was that when you first get there they have you wait quite a bit before they take you in the office. Great dealership approach. I found the car I wanted, not exactly at the price I would pay, but definitely a fair price. The sales assistant, Mr. Cod Perotti, was well prepared and thorough with all my questions. The paperwork department a little less, I did not make any financing for the purchase, so a little more speed of execution does not hurt. In agreement among me and the seller, the car was delivered to me in three days later with the new set of tires and the service performed. Now, as promised, I'm just waiting for the missing elements of the cargo roof to be delivered to me. In context, I am glad I bought the car here, absolutely the best experience out of all the other vendors where I have bargained and bought other cars. My opinion goes to an excellent reception service and customer assistance, noting however the slowness of the purchasing procedures. If there is another opportunity to buy another car, we will meet again!

Very disappointing experience, the sales person was good, but his manager and the general manager, very disrespectful, irresponsible and un-compromised, even to the point of accusing me of lying to them... After almost 11 hours, I bought my car cash, next day at the pick up, many thing were wrong, and after asking for a rectification, their position was, take it or leave it. I talked to the general manager, I was very upset due to the situation, his words basically were that I was lying and his sales manager was right, but unfortunately he was off that day, so he decided he will talk to the sales manager next day and will get back at me... well it's been 3 weeks, I called the manager at least a dozen times, left messages in his answering machine, and still no response, no answer... I guess that says all...that is the AutoNation Toyota Weston Way....

After taking delivery of my vehicle, I was very happy and impressed with the sales experience we received from Autonation Toyota in Weston. This unfortunately was short-lived as a part of the deal was to pay off the remaining payments on my other car. I was told during negotiations with both my salesman and the finance department that my old car would be payed off within 5 days. This has not been done to date (it has been over 10 days) and I am still responsible for payments on a car that is no longer in my possession. I contacted both my salesman and the finance representative from the dealership. Salesman said he would look into it and get back to me. He has not as of now. I called and texted the finance guy who "promised" to call me after his meeting which as of now has been going on for 2 days as I haven't heard from him. I guess this dealership gives new meaning to the term marathon meetings. As a result, I will not be doing any new business with this dealership and cannot recommend them.

A mechanical tech at the dealership had erroneously diagnosed my brake pads as worn on my last service visit, but the senior Customer Service Manager had it re-tested and found the pads to be "nearly un-worn" but then expertly recommended that I flush and change my Brake fluid because it had traces of water/moisture in it. This sort of expert review and follow-up is unusual at most area Toyota dealerships! I will return because I'm never overcharged for service like I have been in the past at some other dealerships, and the correct service is usually applied properly.

The lawn people were blowing branches etc right by my car and when I went to drive away I heard something dragging for about a block...then it stopped. When I went out again, same thing so I went to dealer to be sure nothing was going on. They inspected and also rotated my tires (I had bought tires 6 months previous). Great customer service. Everyone is very polite, professional and attentive to the customer’s needs. I bought a 2021 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER PLATINUM; it’s a gorgeous car and handles very well, unfortunately the next day I brought it home while trying to familiarize with the car features I noticed that the driver seat cooling fan was making a screeching noise, and something also loose/broken in the right track of the same seat. I brought the car in and they told me the fan was broken (brand new 0 miles car) and needed to be replaced. They gave me a rental for one day while getting the car repaired. I picked up te car today and noticed that the issue with the right track of the passenger seat had not been fixed, now I have to bring the car back in again. So far I am very satisfied with the customer service at this dealership but unfortunately their mechanics need to be more thorough and proactive, they are lowering the standards of the rest of the staff at this dealership.

Received several free oil changes when I purchased the car. Scheduling was a breeze on the web page. There wasn't much to do while waiting except look at cars which was ok. Free WiFi was very nice! Got the car back much quicker than expected. Due to a leg injury it's hard/painful for me to walk. They saw this and brought my car to me instead of me walking across their large parking lot. Very much appreciated!!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Prius XLE from Toyota AutoNation. As we all know, there are many factors that contribute to a positive experience with a dealership, and of course the management team is a huge part of that by way of ensuring that the procedures are efficient, the physical space is aesthetically pleasing and inviting, and the staff is knowledgeable, engaging, and responsive. All of those things are in place at AutoNation and it was a lovely experience overall. Fabio Duque, who handled the financials, was warm, informative, and generous of time and spirit. Oscar Ramos, the manager, came over to say a warm hello. The overall atmosphere was professional and polished, yet there was also music playing and, while I was waiting, I saw several members of the staff talking and laughing, and a couple of times dancing, with each other, which created a super fun and festive vibe all around. But what truly took my experience to the next level is Frederick Pantin, the sales associate who managed my purchase. He was, of course, on point with every aspect of the procedural protocol, from our interactions by phone and email prior to my decision to purchase the car, to being there waiting for me outside when I arrived, to explaining the trade-in and purchase process, to facilitating the test drive and all the paperwork, to walking me out and getting me set up in my new car. Frederick is highly professional and competent, but what makes him really exceptional, in my opinion, is that, in addition to all of those things, he is the most genuine, warm, pleasant person to interact with. Moreover, he balances that with the utmost professionalism and integrity, such that I felt completely at ease throughout the process, and never like I was being pressured, condescended to, or disrespected. He seems able to strike the perfect balance between a sincere personal touch and appropriate professional comportment and boundaries. I could not have asked for a lovelier person to spend those few hours with, and his serene and engaging yet unobtrusive demeanor made me feel like my new car had been blessed with positive energy and good fortune. In summary, I'm thrilled to be with AutoNation for all my car needs, and I would recommend AutoNation to anyone. Thank you, Frederick and all, for a great experience. And I LOVE my fabulous new car!!

Went for an oil change they found power steering needed to be serviced too, I agreed. Waited over two hours. No car wash, it was not working! After I left saw the recomend: engine air filter, cabin air filter and fuel system needs attention! Why wasn't I told when I was there or explained at all. Very disappointed. Ok my wife brought my 2019 4Runner in for an oil change. That was straightforward enough. She came out with a piece of paper with the good better best upsell with prices ranging from $500 to several thousand dollars for services-things that were on there were: rearrange floor mats, install washer solvent-I was waiting to see if they were going to have ?inspect muffler belt?. I have the platinum service agreement through corporate Toyota that covers maintenance and Autonation is trying to get their share too-feels very south Florida scammy. I have reported them to Toyota Corporate-I don?t mind paying for good service and quality but when I see this type of up sell I feel like I went to a buy here pay here lot.

I was at the dealer Weston Toyota for a simple oil change and tire rotation after waiting for 2.5 hours. I got my truck and noticed that the tires were not rotated , so I told the service advisor Jorge Moreira and he took the truck back. After another 45 min I got my truck back , that was in a Thursday, in Saturday I was driving my truck and started to heard a loud noise coming from the front end of my truck and really loud I was able to made it home , so I decided to check the front end of my truck I used my car jack and while inspecting the front tires both tires wheel. Nuts were. Hand tied. I was able to take them out with out a wrench .. call the services advisor to report the incident and he told me that it was impossible like he didn?t wanted to hear. No even and apologies. So I called the service manager and he took care of the problem ...,,,

Took my car in to the service department because it had trouble starting. Needed a co worker to jump my vehicle. Told my service advisor about the issue. Along with that my tires were to be rotated and there was recall on the fuel pump. I pick up my car a couple of hours later the advisor tells me everything is good the battery and alternator were tested. The following day my car does not start gives me the same issue I had which is the battery. Also either my tpms is wrong or they did not check my 3 of my tires have low pressure. Brings me to question what was actually done while my vehicle was in service? Now i have to bring it back and have them fix what shouldve been done the first time.

I had my truck serviced in response to a recp wall notice in which the fuel pump was replaced. The paperwork I received indicated that all parts of the truck had been checked out and everything was ok including warning lights. However, a day or two later the check engine light came on in the truck and would not go away. I did contact the dealership about the situation and they agreed to check out the problem which will be done on Monday, Oct 26.

I found a car I wanted online from this AutoNation Toyota Weston in Davie, FL dealership. I asked for free shipping to buy directly from this dealer vs my local AutoNation affiliate and was told yes, but then no after I agreed to buy from them. Sales rep says he thought "included in the price" meant "included in the financing". Talk about bait and switch! Then they hit me with their huge $799 dealer service fee. I provided my own financing, got the insurance and provided all the requested documents on day 1, and three weeks later they still haven't finished the paperwork or shipped the car. They made an error and my sales rep tells me "not his department", so I guess customer service for AutoNation isn't his department either, he'll just keep blaming others. When I posted this review elsewhere, they said call our GM. 5 calls and departments later turns out they don't even have a GM. Ended up getting a $300 check for my efforts. I paid insurance for weeks, but they hadn't even gotten me the paperwork to sign. They blame this on their antiquated way of signing the paperwork, then fix it. All of this great "service" for just $799. Now that I've gotten the car, it only came with one key fob. That's a $500 expense or risk being locked out for the rest of the time I own this car. I still have no registration or copies of the deal paperwork. Out of town buyers beware!

Driving away from a dealership in your new vehicle, without the factory floor mats because they have to keep them in the parts department because they have an employee theft problem is unacceptable. I had to make a special trip back the next day during normal parts department hours, just to pick up my floor mats. There’s not SOMEONE on staff at all times that can be trusted with a key to a floor mat storage room?!?! And then it took 3 weeks and 6 days for my trade-in to be paid off. The excuse for the delay from the dealership finance manager was incompetence. He told me they sent the check the first time to the wrong address. My sales guy Juan, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. If I went back to Weston for my next Toyota, it would be to deal with him.

I found a car I wanted online from this AutoNation Toyota Weston, FL dealer. Tried to get free shipping to buy directly from this dealer vs my local AutoNation affiliate and was told yes, but then no after I agreed to buy from them. Says he thought "included in the price" meant "included in the financing". Talk about bait and switch! Then they hit me with their huge $799 dealer service fee. I provided my own financing, got the insurance and provided all the requested documents on day 1, and now a week later they still haven't finished the paperwork or shipped the car. They made an error and my sales rep tells me "not his department", so I guess customer service for AutoNation isn't his department either, he'll just keep blaming others. I've paid insurance for a week now, but they haven't even gotten me the paperwork to sign. All of this great "service" for just $799. Out of town buyers beware!

I took delivery of a new Toyota yesterday and my salesperson, Fredrick Pantin 1-561-507-7460 was the best salesperson I have ever had at a car dealership, hands down. I have met many bad in the past and he is a true professional. NO SURPRISES ON THE VEHICLE PRICE, TRADE IN PRICE, etc. He responds to texts or emails quickly and got me the price that I wanted after contacting other dealers. He / they do not take advantage of you with thousands of dollars in additional fees. The deal was worked over the phone, they delivered the car and picked up the trade...easy! I highly recommend Fredrick as he made buying a car painless and enjoyable.

Was first time at this service center (Past service at Lipton Toyota). Isaac Brik was Service Center representative. Very professional, quoted price was accurate for work, quoted downtime was exceeded (4hrs. for 60k inspection task and fixed a check engine light), had a minor hiccup knowing how to drop truck off for 7am appointment (showed at 6:45am) but that was my fault not knowing the service center. Check out was easy, fast, and my truck was returned in good condition. One suggestion would be to offer a cleaning/detailing package at customer cost during arrival meeting or a free wash of outside of vehicle after service for inspections.

Found out synthetic oil change at dealership is half of what I paid at quick lube business. Will be visiting dealership for oil changes in near future, simple to make an appointment online .

I was so concerned that I had a major problem with my car, but it turned out all I needed was a set of tires. He told me I had a great car (Prius) and that it will last for a good time longer.

I took my car into the dealership to get it serviced and I couldn't be happier. AutoNatio Toyota Weston does a fine job of notifying me when my Camry is due for servicing. This allows my car to be in the best condition so I can rely on it when I need to. This dealership attended to all the maintenance that my car required, and at a fair price. Lastly, this dealership provided a shuttle service which allowed me to grab a few things from a Walmart nearby, while I waited on my car to be serviced. Every time I visit the dealer, there is large amount of loyal customers waiting to service their car, and it's no wonder that the wait because they know their cars are in good hands. I had my vehicle serviced here because of a recall on my valve springs. I went to autonation toyota in Weston, FL and was helped by Rudy. He was amazing! Very friendly, knowlegeable, was always available to pick up the phone if I had a question and really helped me out a lot. My big issue was when I was explained about the service over the phone, I was told a rental car would be supplied to me. I bought my car myself at age 18 and have made payments on it ever since. When I got to the rental office, the unfriendly girl working there told me I would be unable to rent a car because I am under the age of 21. This rule makes no sense to me, because if I am allowed to own a car, (which may be subject to a recall in the future) at age 18, why can I not receive the rental car? This was very inconvenient and I had to have a family member come to get the rental. I am giving this review 4 stars because of Rudy's amazing service. Other than that, the rules about renting cars and the unfriendly customer service at the rental counter was unpleasant. My service was done in a speedy manner and they even offered to change my spark plugs for the price of the part, not the labor. This is very good deal and I was very happy about this. Autonation, why let people buy cars at age 18, but not have a rental if their car needs servicing before age 21? I know this is for insurance reasons but it is simply not fair.

The service staff, from the main "valet" routing the cars to the service rep, all worked to get my car into and out of scheduled service as quickly as possible. I had an oil change and needed new wiper blades. I probably could have gotten my wipers on my own cheaper but sometimes it is just easier to have the services done all at once, and some blades are just poor quality from COSTCO and Autozone. I keep going back to this place for my service.

I brought my car in because I had my wheels stolen. The service adviser, Jose Rivera, is someone I had dealt with before and the reason why I brought my car to this particular dealership. Jose is always on top of things and knows what he's doing. When my vehicle was under his care, he made sure to answer my questions and give me updates constantly. Unfortunately, once the car left his oversight and went to the body shop for the cosmetic repair stage, said shop dropped the ball with getting my car done on time and not getting back to me with answers. Ran out of patience after getting the run around for three days and spoke with a supervisor who was very helpful and professional. Got my car back and am happy with the wheels and repairs made. Jose made the whole experience bearable with this professionalism and ability to stay on top of things. The delays and communication breakdown with the body shop are the reasons I'm only giving 4 stars.
